What Makes an Expert?
My formal education includes a BS in Business from California State University Hayward & multiple certifications from the Associated Locksmiths of America (ALOA) and the Safe And Vault Technicians Association (SAVTA). Additionally, I hold a valid CA Contractor’s license and have completed innumerable trainings and industry-specific classes.
I have spent more than forty years developing hands-on experience across all genres of locksmithing. My adventure in the security industry began when I was just twelve years old. I would ride my bicycle to my family’s locksmith shop on Saturdays and watch my father and grandfather hard at work.
The learning never ends! As an active and involved business owner, I am constantly sharpening my tools both literally and metaphorically, as laws and codes change and technology continues to improve and elevate the security industry.
